OUR POLICIES

Comment, Compliment, Complaint?

Not only do we value your feedback, it helps us to demonstrate that the work we do is what the community wants and thereby secure funding for more courses. Please let us know what you think!

Equality, Diversity, Inclusion.

We keep exceptionally high standards in ensuring accessibility to our courses wherever possible. If you would like more information or would like to make a specific comment, please contact us or read our policy.

Safeguarding

Learners have the right to feel safe in our classes. We all have the right to be free from bullying, harrassment, abuse,  discrimination and neglect. All tutors & staff have had Safeguarding training and learners can contact our dedicated Safefuarding personnel. We encourage you to discuss any issues that concern you, whether about yourself or others.

Safeguarding officer:

Linda Nateghi

Additional Learning Support

To ensure accessibility, we aim to provide additional learning support wherever possible. Whether due to learning difficulties, mental health, pregnancy, mobility or any number of other issues, we all need some flexibility or a little extra help at some point. Your tutors should ask you what additional support they can offer.
